The Healthiest Snack Bars | Rowdy Bars
I recently discovered Rowdy Bars and I am in love! I've been carrying them with me everywhere I go because you never know when you might need a healthy snack. If you don't already know I have been working hard to eat healthy and put good things into my body.

Nowadays it's hard to find prepackaged foods without crazy ingredients I an barely pronounce. I always read the label and search for products that have less ingredients; this is one of the reasons I love Rowdy Bars. Each bar is made with 8 ingredients all which you can pronounce.

Organic Coconut Oil
The bars are packed with prebiotics which I was told by a friend are very good for you. Prebiotics are carbohydrates that cannot be digested by the human body and they serve as food for probiotics which are necessary gut bacteria. You can read more about is here.
The bars also contain Yakón root whose syrup is used gut-healthy alternative to other sweeteners such as aspartame, saccharin and sucralose. The root encourages good bacteria in yoru gut, lowers and helps regulate your blood pressure, supports weight loss, boosts liver health, and help lower your "bad" cholesterol. Because the bars aren't full of sugars they have a low glycemic index which helps with energy and hunger spikes. Read more about it here.
