The Most AMAZING Iced Pumpkin Spice Cookies

I am a SUCKER for anything pumpkin. This fall I decided to try a new recipe and it was a HUGE hit. Seriously. I brought these bad boys to a football tailgate and people made a point to come and tell me how good they were. I put less sugar in mine but overall these are pretty healthy! The original recipe can be found HERE.

Tip - these cookies, with the glaze, are super, super soft. Almost too soft. I would store them out for a bit to harden up a little and/or not store them in an airtight container.
