Where: Ferrari Farms Pumpkin Patch
When: October 2017
I made a fall bucket list of all of things I wanted to do this fall and visiting a pumpkin patch was definitely one of them! Here are some of my favorites from a local patch. It was extremely windy the day we went.
The farm is super cute, consisting of pumpkins, assorted squash... There was a mechanical bull that we did not ride and a corn maze we decided to skip due to the crazy wind. They have paintball and hay rides, and you can rent out their barn for special events.
I snapped a quick picture of the wind before the dust blew on us! The wind in Reno is really bad sometimes. They have these super cute carts to carry your pumpkins in. Ours had a flat tire and was super hard to pull - oops!
I decided to buy a few little pumpkins and the big one shown below. I also bought some yummy squash I plan to cook today. I have a super cute idea for what to carve it in! My friend and I plan to carve this weekend and even have a special bottle of wine just for the occasion! I cannot wait to show you.
