Blogmas Day 4 | Christmas Nails

I thought it would be fun to do a Christmas nails post. I LOVE red, white, and sparkle for the holidays. I use OPI Chip Skip as a base, paint one to two layers, then follow it by Sally Hansen Top Coat.

The colors as shown below are (all OPI):

  1. Got the Blues for Red

  2. Visions of Love

  3. An Affair in Red Square

  4. Bogota Blackberry

  5. Kennebunk-port

I didn't up using this sparkly Essie color Beyond Cozzie. I think tonight I am going to paint my nails white and use the Essie color to highlight a few nails. Some of the staff I work with has been difficult lately. I know that I need to remember their bad attitudes are not a reflection on me and I need to keep a positive attitude, but I think sparkly nail polish will help ;)

I painted each of the colors on a notecard below. Sometimes colors look one way in the bottle and another on your nails. I know that white isn't the best test palette but as you can see, they sometimes look much different painted on.

The color that I ended up painting my nails was An Affair in Red Square. I love the way it looks in my Christmas lights!
