I know that I said I was going to post more "what I ate Wednesday" like stuff but I'm sooo bad at taking pictures of food.
Anyways I am on a healthy kick. Eating healthy food gives you energy and in the long run I always feel so much better when I eat good for a few days in a row.
I found a recipe on Pinterest but I'm not a very elaborate cook. Basically it's a piece of whole wheat toast with avocado and an egg on top. It's super delicious, filling, easy to make, and healthy! Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day and I tend to eat more in the mornings versus later in the day and evening.
