Boise Home Tour

I'm alive! I'm sorry it's been so long! As you all know I graduated from pharmacy school. We have to take a large (185 question, 4 hour) exam about pharmacy and a law exam for each state we want to get licensed in. I took the big pharmacy one. Studying for that, taking it, then waiting for the results took it out of me! I slept 12 hours last night! I passed though!!! :)

Anyways, I thought I would do a house tour today. I moved into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I'm about 40% done decorating it but as soon as my other board exam is out of the way, I'm going to work really hard to make this apartment home sweet home!

So this is my kitchen/dining room/living room. It's an open floor plan for this. Ignore my stuff all over the place. I brought it in from the hot car (it had been sitting in the sun too long) and dumped it on the floor.

Next: the guest bedroom. I wanted to get 2 bedrooms so I would have a place to blog and a place for guests to say. I'm hoping a bunch of my friends will come visit this year. I also wanted a place that was "white" and bright, again for blogging. I am thinking gray, yellow, and blue are going to be my colors. I'm loving gray right now. I just painted my nail gray last night! Each bedroom has a huge closet.

The hallway closet has a washer and dryer, which was a must for me (and a dishwasher).

The master bedroom and guest bedroom bathrooms are identical so I am just posting one picture of them. Here is my bedroom with a giant walk in closet. Right now I have a bed, nightstand, lamp, and curtains. I really need to get some wall decor. I wanted to DIY a lot of it but the one DIY art project I made looks kind of weird on the wall. I can't decide what to do with the walls now. I also have a sliding patio door which leads to my deck! I love sitting out there to relax.

That's all for now on the house tour! I promise to get this baby updated/decorated and post some more pictures ASAP! I'm so excited for this journey and so happy to have one of the exams out of the way!
