I've decided the new theme of my apartment in Boise is going to be white, grey, yellow, and blue. I'm so excited to move and I hear this coming Friday if I got a residency. I am assuming that I did... Positive thinking, right?
Anyways to get back to things I love, I decided to make some art for my new place. I really want my home to be 100% unique. This means making my own art, re-finishing furniture I find, shopping second hand. I think it's so neat to be able to say "I made that" or "I fixed that up".
One of the most important things for me right now is getting over my anxiety. I've started increasing my exercising as I tried to get back on Zoloft and it gave me panic attacks. With the medication, I feel better general anxiety wise but I have side effects and panic attacks. Without the medication, I have generalized anxiety. I really cannot win. I've decided to stay off the medication as I can't be having panic attacks for the next who knows how long. I start a new rotation Monday.
I felt anxious today. My whole body hurt. So I took the dogs for a 40 minute walk and I feel so much better. I don't have to be to work until 8:30 and I get a 30 minute lunch. I think if I exercise before, during, and after work, I will get past the anxiety. Once I hear back Friday, I think things will be better also. Plus all this exercise... I will look great for graduation ;)
Anyways, here is my DIY canvas art with a quote that will inspire me every day.
I will post photos of my new apartment... when I get it. I have a family friend there who is going to scout out places for me. I have a really good feeling about this next year. Boise St. Luke's Meridian is where I need to be :)
